Helix is definitely a little more out of the box ready to support lsps and such which is one of the reasons I've been dabbling with it, even though it's keybinds aren't really in my muscle memory yet since they're often kinda backwards from vim

I use it a good bit at work, though since work also pays for intellij, I use that a good bit too since it's not always easy to get vim setup with good code completion and stuff and I haven't gotten around to trying to set that up at work

Yesss, vim is the way to go (well these days probably neovim, also been experimenting with helix which is interesting too)

Games with anticheat can be a problem though. But generally outside of that I've had a quite good experience gaming on Linux overall considering everything that goes on to make it happen.
