THE PRIME MINISTERS SHOCKING & SHAMEFUL IMMIGRATION PLAN AND WHY WE MUST OPPOSE IT
THE PRIME MINISTERS SHOCKING & SHAMEFUL IMMIGRATION PLAN AND WHY WE MUST OPPOSE IT YouTube video by Peter Stefanovic

The Prime Minister’s plan to offer rapid routes to settlement for those earning six-figure salaries whilst punishing and making lower-paid workers wait appears to be based on the notion that care workers are “low-skilled” because they are low-paid - its an absolute disgrace

A quote I found on Facebook, from the ancient Greek philosopher.

Diogenes:
“Beating your chest in blind pride for the dirt you happen to be born on makes you a parasite. Nationalism is the pathetic vanity of a tick bragging about the dog it infests”

The NHS has ordered staff not to use the term "It's raining cats & dogs" as it may offend foreigners.
Tough
If you don't like it jog on is what I think
The NHS needs to get back to concentrating on making people better & not being more concerned about offending

For the love of God, could the "common sense" brigade PLEASE develop some actual COMMON SENSE?!

No, the NHS has not ordered staff not to use the term "it's raining cats and dogs" for fear of either upsetting or offending anyone...

Please engage your brains for a minute🙏

The USA is trying to run a 21st century economy by returning to the 20th century because of ideology (ludicrous climate change / global warming denialism) and the lobbying (sponsorship / bribery) by the fossil fuels industry

The report in the Independent that Mandelson had failed security vetting was actually raised in the Commons by Lib Dem MP Rachel Gilmour on 16 September 2025

“a source from MI6 has reportedly claimed that they failed to clear Mandelson”

The Prime Minister says he found out on Tuesday

THE PRIME MINISTERS SHAMEFUL IMMIGRATION PLAN WILL KEEP PEOPLE WORKING IN KEY INDUSTRIES LIKE CARE IN TEMPORARY STATUS FOR A DECADE OR MORE. It will keep people in insecure work, make them more easily exploitable, poorer and marginalised - WHEN DID THAT BECOME THE POLICY OF A LABOUR GOVERNMENT?

Nigel Farage has said that he wants to move towards an insurance based healthcare system.

The NHS wasn’t built in Wales just to be a destroyed by Reform UK.

A vote for Plaid Cymru is a vote to protect and strengthen our NHS.

Arms shipments intercepted in Belgium - Air Cargo Week Belgian authorities have intercepted consignments of military-related components originating in the UK and destined for Israel, prompting an investigation

Also this - the amount of arms, etc,. supplied may have been slightly reduced but it hasn't stopped. Deeply ashamed. Shout out to Belgium.

Denmark ran their entire country on renewables for all of March, just Wind and Solar.

If the UK can't manage full renewables by the end of this parliament, it will be a catastrophic failure caused entirely by corruption.

I don't know why this is so hard for some people to grasp. If we extend our use of fossil gas, rather than going all-out for grid batteries, heat pumps and induction hobs, we extend our dependence on *foreign* sources of gas, regardless of whether we also use the UK's last remaining reserves. 🧵

Remember: The oligarchs who control our economy and democracy seek to divide us so they can become more powerful.

They want us to turn on each other so we don't look up and see where all the wealth and power have gone.

Don't fall for it.

🚨 So on one hand we’re told there’s a Brexit reset.

BUT on the other, EU citizens are facing crackdowns on their right to live here.

Closer ties with Europe are about people, trust, reciprocity.

Tightening screws on EU citizens, undermines relations!
