Also if we shame people for not being "all or nothing" vegans, it hurts the cause. It discourages people from making even the smallest change in their diet bc they were shamed into being "vegan or nothing." It's baby steps. It's a collective effort and it looks different for everyone.
I'm slowly transitioning into veganism and as much as I want everyone to be vegan tomorrow to end factory farming, I wish aggressive "all or nothing" vegans understood that not everyone can be vegan for cultural, religious and sociological reasons and being aggressive about veganism is xenophobic

All in the same week Cabbage died, next day I lost my job, same week I went to court for the car shit, next day after that a cop hit me and still never paid me. On top of my dad having to go back on chemo. I'm proud that I somehow survived through that, but I did it.
A year ago I lost my job and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. However it marks one of the hardest times of my life, February I was hit with major inconvenience after major inconvenience. I'm proud of how I'm feeling a year later and what I've accomplished.

Well after taking the mental health break advised by my doctor and therapist bc of how much the m*ffler m*n shit impacted me, I now feel ready to take it back on and scheduled my consultation w a lawyer. No more small claims I'm done.
