One cool thing about being an adult is you can eat as many croutons as you want. No need to wait for a salad. Just enjoy those crunchy, delicious little nuggets of bread right off the baking tray.

If this year has taught me anything it’s that the wind hates me. A lot.

- ripped apart my booth at Ren Faire
- ripped open full rooftop cargo box while on fwy
- sent branch 60ft down through roof at different Ren Faire
- knocked out power to home/workshop for at least 4 days during my busy season
