Such a pretty illustration

This is something I’m trying to avoid doing, because it really doesn’t help. It’s also one of the reasons grifters and clout chasers have been thriving. I get that it’s part of people processing and trying to make sense of things. I’ve done it in the past. It’s not a useful pattern of behavior.

I took the generic and it made all my emotions a lot more mellow and manageable. I couldn’t will a panic attack even if I tried.
