Traditional Red Chile Posole (Hominy Stew) - Bueno Foods Traditional Red Chile Posole is a hearty stew made with hominy, pork and red chile. It's the centerpiece of winter gatherings in New Mexico.

I highly recommend trying this using New Mexico red chile: buenofoods.com/red-chile-po...
(don't worry about the pig's feet, my grandparents never put that)

A picture of a Game Boy Advance with an e-Reader inserted into it. The game Exo Attack is playing on the Game Boy. Exo Attack cards are off to the right. The caption says "Nintendo E-Reader Game Giveaway!"

I'm giving away 20 copies of Exo Attack for the Nintendo E-Reader.

Repost this post to be entered into the contest.

I was kinda joking yeah, but the actual answer is I use Linux and FamiTracker works better in a VM than in WINE, so I keep XP running on a VM for things like this

there's nothing more 2010-era chiptune than writing a dozen or so Mega Man songs and then decreeing that you're moving on from chiptune because you ran out of things to do with it

once upon a time I was scoring a PC Engine port of Alter Ego which unfortunately seems to have vanished off the face of the earth, it was a neat opportunity to revisit doing some new takes on enhanced versions of the tunes...stick around for 0:49!

hate that thinking, always thought the totally different experience should justify it even assuming the gameplay isn't as good (which isn't always the case)
also I just replayed MM1 a month or so ago and didn't hate it, it's good

No cool graphics to show, but there's a lot of tech behind the scenes to ensure the maximum possible sound quality -- no muffled echoey sounds here. The game's OST will source samples mostly from various FM sources + effects processing, for a very unique sound in an SNES game.

this tune was actually written in Deflemask, before Furnace blessed us with operator macros, so the chordpatch delaying each op was actually accomplished via some SSG-EG jank instead. crazy technique that I will literally never use again!
