I would've clapped.
(I need very little encouragement. Just a prompt, really.))

There is a crow. You should pay more attention.

Cabinet of Curiosities.
In Cardiff Market today, I chanced upon the glorious little Wunderkammer of Words that is "Stories for You" manned by the charming Adam - who extemporized an excellent short story for me, while I sat surrounded by art, curios and twinkly lights. I felt like the protagonist of a cosy-fantasy.
A TV advert, for supposedly 'targeted' adverts on linkedin doesn't seem very well targeted.
I mean, most people who are just watching TV (such as myself) aren't really in the market for buying advertising services.
Although I still wouldn't want to see oily-Nigel on my telly, even if he was offering advice on how to propagate onions...
Today we found ourselves in Swansea, to see Monty Don - talking about gardens obv.
I'm musing about the possibility of replacing BBC's Question Time with Gardeners Question Time, I genuinely think it'd be an improvement.
I'd vote for you!
Only yesterday, I nearly got caught - a '3-day free trial ' for a plant-identification app that would quickly have started charging Β£8.99 a WEEK!
π€© Saw it last week. (And Mrs D has been THREE times!)
Thank you. π
I've noticed that the only true method of getting a good sandwich is to construct it yourself to your own exacting specifications; but there's always the opportunity to be just a little more adventurous, and it rarely goes wrong. It's more likely to be mildly disappointing than horrid.
Print featuring Dickens quote: The Printer. Without him, tyrants and humbugs in all countries would have their own way. He is a friend of intelligence and thought, a friend of liberty, of freedom, of law, indeed, the friend of every man who is a friend of order. Of all inventions, of all discoveries in science and art, of all the great results in the wonderful progress of mechanical energy and skill, the printers is the only product of civilization necessary to the existence of free men.
Spotted in one of my favorite bathrooms (in a print shop). A little pep talk for my fellow inky friends.
Well, I hear you. I reckon it would work in theory.
But I can't countenance PB myself.
(There aren't many things I don't eat, but I cannot abide the smell of peanuts.)
Fwoar. I just ate an epic banana sandwich - toasted wholemeal/granary, with butter, black pepper and a smidge of chilli-crisp. π
I was just listening to some Ukrainian music when I saw your post. youtu.be/Z5iwHybpvKg?...
Probably beer.
Although, when I buy flowers for Mrs D, I always think "hehe, I'll get to enjoy these too! π" (But I'm probably not typical in this.)
...so sweet and so cold.
"May God stand between you and harm, in all the empty places where you must walk."
The only consolation is that it'd be better than the interminable, unending despair of everlasting January we often find ourselves trapped in.
Have a great birthday Terrance!
A tweet by @Llama In a Tux (dated Sep. 10, 2022): Don't you understand? The human race IS an endless number of monkeys. And every day we produce an endless number of words. And one of us already wrote Hamlet
I made it my life mission to reference this as many times as I can
Has it stolen her bra? I think the devil deserves to be punched!
If you return unwanted Reform local election leaflets to their party headquarters using their free post address, then it will cost the party Β£2.50 per envelope.
Please donβt share this information; it could cost Nigel Farage a fortune.

i have very rapidly become incapable of thinking about anything that isnβt this video
Is that "Bessie" from Doctor Who (possibly Pertwee era) ?

Not the president. Just an ol' guy on a bench.
Oh no. I drew an ol' guy sat on a bench and unfortunately I've made him look like a certain orange american bloke.
It may seem like nerdy detail that the increasing weight of cars is worsening potholes, but it matters.
The car makers push to sell wider and heavier cars is increasing road maintenance costs and that affects us all.
Not to mention worse crash outcomes and less space to pass (wider) parked cars.
