Like, most benefits aren't negotiable besides time off, and these guys do unlimited PTO, so, nothing really to ask there.

it's already a flexible tech work schedule, so no need to negotiate on hours and office attendance...

Oh yeah I got the offer! Still following through with my other leads, to at very least have negotiating power from competing offers

This offer isn't a dream job, but it checks a lot of boxes and I think I'd be happy there for at least a couple years
