Each biome can only have ~20-25 pokemon outdoors at a time, whether they have a home or not. Good way to work around this is to build the houses that you can actually enter as a new area, the pokemon who don't spawn outside will spawn in their houses for easy access
Still accurate nice!

- When you start your first job, we don't expect you to be a perfect developer. We (Sr Developers) expect you to come in as a blank slate. This is your time to grow, learn the processes they don't teach you in school, and learn how to work in a team. We will expect you to fumble, make mistakes and struggle but so does everyone when they first start. Everyone has imposter syndrome to some degree. You will get better. Other engineers will help you along the way. Don't get discouraged and don't compare yourself. Work hard and build your career but enjoy your life too.
