good news: my psych did a bunch of blood tests & found out that i'm, like, BANANAS deficient in iron & vitamin b which is most likely why no adhd/depression/anxiety meds work properly for me because of the constant fatigue AND that my thyroid is way more fucked up than i knew & i'm in the range to be diagnosed with hashimoto's which is an autoimmune disease and ALSO causes fatigue. explanations! bad news: she said iron supplements basically don't work at all and that the majority of doctors don't give a shit about that type of thyroid shit and will straight up refuse to treat it? lol
