I was literally just about to buy a bunch of tickets for that at my favorite local spot- playing on 35mm- I'll take this as a sign.

Received a big ole stack of our Pacific Northwest horror anthology. If you'd like one, you can order from the link below or message me here and I'll ship you one from my stash.
Thanks to all of the authors who contributed! Now, onto vol 2...
No joke, I truly try to live by this and I think about it often.
A couple years ago, I was on set for a client shoot. The CD said point blank to me, with a smirk, that after every take he needed to give two notes since he was "an executive". I wanted to argue, but we were already pressed for time- because of the above.
I hated it when that conservative dope encouraged people to dress up on airplanes recently because that meant I had to agree with him.
Have a copy on my shelf!
I just love that its classic NASA too. Not a SpaceX thing, but good ole NASA that we can all be inspired by.
If i'm feeling particularly emotional about anything, I hate to admit it, but this song will get me a little misty eyed.
I bet there is! We started in the PNW since that's where we live, but we've definitely thought to do one for other regions and the South was next on my list. Get in touch if you want to combine forces!
I got worried once about Talent being in a pool too long and making sure they were warm enough. I dont understand how these producers function.
Favorite character on TV right now. Has everything handled but keeps it funny and caring and looks out for her people.
My favorite theater in Portland showed it on my birthday last year. My partner was out of town and a lot of my friends had Covid and I went alone, got three beers and had the best time. (Saw NIN the night before to cap it.)
Finishing up "The Deep" right now, but my copy of "Monumental" is burning a hole on my shelf...
Definitely a song my dad used to play for me that probably pathed the way for me.
Looks great- recipe link?
Dragon Lance Chronicles Vol 1: Dragons of Autumn Twilight by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman
Nothing but respect for MY formative young adult fantasy novel series
I like the atmosphere of the Pyramid but it always takes so much longer to get to. I did stop at a nice korean bbq joint on the way one day though...
Think i'll have to pick that up at my favorite local Portland book store!
All that Oscar finery, covered in blood.
That was also the spring when Skinny Puppy was reforming and playing Dresden that May and we were trying to decide if we should go since we were already in Europe.
I remember watching this at a "cyber cafe" in London in the spring of 2000 and absolutely losing my mind about it and composing long emails to my friend Michael and having to buy more minutes to watch it again and again.
Think i have to miss it this year and that BUMS me out.
My first "appointment" TV in a while.
I did a rewatch a couple years ago- mainly the Conspiracy episodes- but your summaries are tempting me with another. I was an out of my head superfan in the early 90s from episode 1.
Favorite.
The listeners have voted (on Instagram) and the next horror franchise to be covered is "Child's Play"! First episode is up and we've got a few great guests joining us to talk about everyone's favorite killer doll, all the way through May.
Even if it's a bit, I find it weirdly comforting that @jamellebouie.net ,while covering very serious issues and doing important work, was still wistful about waiting to be called up to talk about "Sonic 3" on @flophousepodcast.com
I've only read "The Troop" by him and boy that was a mean and sad book. Next up might be "The Deep", but I'll add "The Queen" as well.
