MISTAKES made by KILLER Lucy Letby’s “expert” panel
MISTAKES made by KILLER Lucy Letby’s “expert” panel YouTube video by Back to the Science

I am infuriated by the inexplicable hunger in the UK media to behave as if there is any doubt about the guilt of serial killer Lucy Letby. Dr Susan Oliver @drsusanoliver.bsky.social has been a stalwart producing accessible videos examining the Letby camp's pseudoscience. youtu.be/-tSG9P_Qc40?...

I just watched the Netflix documentary about this case and this video is better than the documentary 😂 Thanks Dr. Oliver!

I was surprised to learn anyone thinks Letby’s innocent 🥴 Her post trial experts didn’t even observe the autopsies and probably don’t know UK hospital standards

This is an excellent video and really explains the errors and misdirection within the reports referred to as 'nEw eViDeNcE fRoM a PaNeL oF eXpErTs' that David Davis keeps going on about in the matter of Lucy Letby.

MISTAKES made by KILLER Lucy Letby’s “expert” panel
MISTAKES made by KILLER Lucy Letby’s “expert” panel YouTube video by Back to the Science

Supporters of nurse serial killer, Lucy Letby, like to parrot the “expert” panel who declared she hadn’t committed any murders. But, as Cindy and I explain, the numerous errors in the panel’s reports mean their conclusions are invalid.

A timely reminder that despite the disinformation RFK Jr has added to the CDC website, vaccines do not cause autism. Furthermore, there is nothing wrong with being on the autism spectrum. www.youtube.com/watch?v=H_w7...

No. They're reports from Shoo Lee's mates written after he begged them to help him clear Letby after he got his arse handed to him at COA. The summaries are riddled with errors, so there is no need to see the full reports to know they're wrong.

I have no doubt lots of people are being tricked by the PR campaign and the laughable reports of the "experts". It doesn't matter though. Letby is still in prison!

6 months ago 1 0 1 0

You mean all the other things being made up by Maltin PR and covered by lazy journalists. If any of it had been presented in court, it would have been demolished on cross examination - just like Shoo Lee was in his first disastrous attempt at the COA.

Obviously you didn't understand what she was saying then. Dr Marneredes confirmed he had seen the skeletal survey radiology report, which is from the post mortem x-rays, in his evidence.

6 months ago 0 0 1 0

You're missing the point. There is no new information here. The supposed new developments being pushed by Maltin PR are claiming to be new information that the jury never heard. This isn't that - It's all stuff the jury did hear.

6 months ago 2 0 1 0

Cherrypicking again. She says "Postmortem examination involves radiology investigations, typically a whole body X-ray and CT and MRI scan where indicated."

6 months ago 0 0 1 0

If it was so clearly backed up by the chronology, the jury would have found Letby not guilty of that murder as she was for other allegations. End of story.

6 months ago 1 0 1 0

That's a lie. It's a claim made by Myers - not evidence. The jury who heard all the evidence as opposed to the cherrypicked bits of the transcript regurgitated by Tried by Stats didn't buy the claim, which is why Letby was found guilty of that murder.

Of course there was a post mortem x-ray. There is always an X-ray taken before PM commences. This was explained by Dr McPartland in her Thirlwall inquiry evidence.

6 months ago 0 0 1 0

Well, I do know for sure. It was Myers during cross examination of Dr Gibbs. The air by nasogastric tube allegation was based on the extensive gas in the bowels found at post mortem. No reports ever said the air on the 12th x-ray was related to baby C's death.

6 months ago 1 0 1 0

What's your point? This was during his cross examination by Myers. It wasn't even the first time that Myers brought it up. The first time was during his cross examination of Dr Gibbs.

When Analysis Goes Wrong: The Case Against TriedByStats’ Letby Commentary The case against Poundshop Poirot's

And if you'd like to the see the evidence that Stephen (aka Trial by Stats) deliberately cherrypicked from the trial transcript to create a false narrative, you can read this: bencole4.substack.com/p/when-analy...

6 months ago 1 0 1 0

I'm not surprised that that's what you've read. The lie has been repeated by a lot of Letby supporters and has appeared in a number of media articles by those pushing the "Letby is innocent" narrative. If you go through the live court reporting, you can see the defence first brought the x-ray up.

6 months ago 1 0 1 0

The x-ray on the 12th was introduced into evidence by the defence - not the prosecution. The prosecution used the post-mortem x-ray and digital photos showing gaseous dilation of the intestines from the post-mortem.

This was literally covered during the trial. Baby C was on CPAP on the 12th June, which causes some air in the stomach. It's called CPAP belly. This had been aspirated (removed) before Letby murdered baby C.

Cindy and I were joined by Dr Jonathan Howard to discuss his new book, Everyone Else is Lying to You, which explains how the pandemic’s biggest disinformation superspreaders weaponised doubt to normalise quackery and undermine public health.

Paracetamol (acetaminophen) remains the recommended treatment option for pain or fever in pregnant women when used as directed. Importantly, untreated fever and pain can pose risks to the unborn baby, highlighting the importance of managing these symptoms with recommended treatment. /2
