I think that’s the best I can word it. It’s not “omg you’re talking to ME through the screen we’re best friends 🥰🥰🥰”, (absolutely not), it’s the gratitude of knowing you’re not alone in silly or tough situations and wishing you could share in that grief or joy. It’s just a human thing I think
Watched the recent tommyinnit video & feeling this again. He is a stranger but I /get/ what he’s saying. You put two ppl behind a 1-way screen and that 2nd person is still going to connect with the other they see in front of them. It’s bittersweet to have that empathy but not be able to express it
