In 2024, Rick Parker, renowned cartoonist from both Marvel and Papercutz fame, wrote and illustrated a graphic novel of his time in the U.S. Military during the Vietnam War, that makes for both a chilling and humorous reading, and is highly recommended.

The Mongol’s lips curled back over his sharp, yellowed teeth and a throaty growl emerged from his throat as he took a step towards the young bear, only Hope moved to block access. At first the Mongol looked quizzically at her, and then he understood.

Whoever these people are, we are friends.
Incredible cosplay.
In 1931, Albert Einstein and W.E.B. DuBois wrote to each other in German; DuBois asked Einstein to write an article for THE CRISIS.
DuBois translated it and wrote as intro:
"He is a brilliant advocate of disarmament and world Peace and he hates race prejudice because as a Jew he knows what it is."
Rewatched it again just last month. Love that film.
