Bei 130 statt 100 steigt auch die Verletzungsgefahr (für Fahrer und unbeteiligte) deutlich, u.a. viel längerer Bremsweg etc
Also könnte man wenn man wollte genau so wie bei der Gurtpflicht mit Allgemeinkosten des Gesundheitssystems argumentieren
