In ÉCLAT, extubating extremely preterm infants to a CPAP of 10 (range 9-11 for 24 hrs) vs. 7 (range 6-8 for 24 hours) decreased extubation failure, without obvious safety issues.

Very good point which we can explore with Cochrane. Personally I agree, no RCTs does not mean zero evidence. There may be well done observational studies to guide our practice.
Just that fluid restriction for symptomatic PDA is ingrained in our practice with very little to no evidence
