Tbh I don’t remember much of what happened in this book, but I remember I was entertained.

This was not _it_ for me. It was a nice read, but it felt a bit bland and by the end I didn’t care much about the main character.

I’ve been reading a book where one of the main characters makes me cringe so hard I want to drop it, but i really want to know where the story is going… omg please [character’s name] just stop being so dumb I’m begging

Why did it take me so long to pick up this book??? That was so good and made me feel so many emotions. I cried and I loved it.

How Do You Live?

This was a really cute story and the characters were lovable. I was rooting for them and their friendship. A slow-paced story filled with feelings and life. Just what I expected (in a good way).

A Venom Dark and Sweet

ngh this was disappointing. I was eager to read it bc I loved the first one but it didn’t hit the same. The beautiful descriptions were mostly gone and the pace was off. Also, the resolution of most plot points was just not it for me.

A Magic Steeped in Poison

I really loved this one. The magic usage was interesting and the descriptions were beautiful. There were mysteries and rebellion going on plus family, love and tea. I was super invested and really wanted to know where the story was going.

That was such a fun read. Quick story but very creative and I enjoyed a lot how the writing changed throughout the book.

Good portrayal of anxiety (sometimes it made me feel anxious myself). Very John Greenish and just what I expected. I’m a fan but ngl wished there was more.

Simonopio and his bees are some of the most endearing characters I met this year. The setting and the touch of magic were beautifully done, and the story makes you go through all emotions.

The Anthropocene Reviewed: Essays on a Human-Centered Planet by John Green
His writing is nostalgic to me (read a bunch of his books in highschool). Reading his thought process and how he view the world during the pandemic felt really personal and comforting. And I also love fun facts.
