As someone who deals with fatigue normally the grief fatigue is a new ballgame. My body decides it’s reboot time & I’m not in control.

I guess it knows what it needs? I was feeling overwhelmed b4 I took a small nap. Now I’m feeling much better- the down side is I’m wide awake at almost 1am.
