Code & Wander has grown entirely through referrals.
8 years.
No cold outreach.
No ads.
just doing great work for great people.
Grateful for the trust. Here’s to many more amazing projects ✨
If you want to improve your Webflow game, start thinking like a developer and stop limiting yourself.
Just dropped a new video (first sponsored one too 👀)
We used @Outseta to power Moving Image, helping them launch faster with smooth onboarding + fewer tools to wrangle.
“Thank you so much, we wouldn't have made it without Outseta.”

You can now preview custom code directly in @Webflow, saves so much time compared to having to publish to staging every time. Thank you 🙏
Not every site needs a redesign. Not every project needs a retainer.
We offer two ways to work:
✅ Fixed scope – clear brief, fixed budget, fast delivery
✅ Retainer – ongoing support, strategy, iteration
Not sure what you need? We’ll help you figure it out.
Everyone likes a before and after post. Here is a recent rebrand we did for the Med Sea Alliance.
The brief? Keep the essence, but modernise it. Make it cleaner, sharper, bolder, more confident and recognisable.
Full case study dropping soon. Can’t wait to show you more!
If you’re looking for a digital agency, here’s my one piece of advice:
Get clear on your goal before you start the search.
Do you want a pretty site? Or one that drives real results?
They’re not the same—and the right fit depends on what you need.
(BTW we do the latter)
Got a “not this time” email—and weirdly, it made my day.
We didn’t win the project. But we did leave the right impression.
💬 “If we had the budget, it would be you in a heartbeat.”
We’re not the cheapest. But we are clear on the value we bring.
And that’s a win 🥰
Should you build your website in-house or hire an agency?
Here’s a thought: do both.
In-house teams know the business & industry. Agencies bring strategy, design & execution.
The sweet spot? A partnership that plays to both strengths 🤝
Have the best of both worlds.
Two designs. One sleek with custom visuals. The other? Basic emojis.
Guess which one converted better for a Gen Z audience?
Yep—the emojis.
Good design isn’t about what we like. It’s about what works for them. Data first, always.
Nothing like a little (a lot of) love from our clients and partners!
When Human After All came to us, their Webflow setup was holding them back—clunky updates, rigid CMS, and a lot of wasted time.
We gave them a flexible, easy-to-use setup that actually works for their team.
A website that looks great but doesn’t convert? Here’s why 👇
We spoke to a company targeting senior engineers. Their site was beautiful—animations, fancy effects, the lot. But their users wanted clarity, not creativity.
Design with purpose = conversions 🚀
Nothing beats feedback like this ☺️
Looking forward to working on another 6-month retainer to solve the big blockers holding them back.
Hmm strange. Sounds like a bug 🐞
Your website should act as a growth tool, your 24/7 sales person. And it should support every part of your business’ sales funnel.
- Top - visibility - brand awareness - making noise
- Middle - education - nurturing leads - building trust
- Bottom - conversions - closing deals - revenue
Do you have a specific example?
Oh this is great! My next video will be about the different ways of building in Webflow (static content / section components / layout components). And the following videos diving deeper into componentised design systems.
Just finished recording my next video 🙌 Can't wait to get into creating again. For me it's much more than just creating content - it's connecting with the community and even helped me with my imposter syndrome.
I'll start with 2 videos per month, send me your requests!
Love it! Congrats again! 👏
The pressure to convert only grows as marketing spend increases. A site that worked “well enough” early on might not cut it when you’re scaling.
Good for now does not equal good full stop.
Keep testing, keep iterating, keep improving.
It's time to share some fun facts about C&W.
Here are 3 things that define us:
1. We put your goals before our gains
2. We are allllll about collaboration
3. We design with purpose
