That's good for everything I've mentioned, also your tires and every other rubber bit under hood, and reduces the risk of mice/squirrels/bears try to take up residence in your conveyance.

If this is going to happen again, I suggest you try and ensure your last fill up is straight (non ethanol) gas, add a can of Heet at shutdown instead of prior to restart, and try to force yourself to drive it ten minutes every few weeks.
Regular internal combustion car? Battery is going to be a coin flip. Especially if you use ethanol fuel, you should put a can of fuel stabilizer (eg, Heet) in the gas tank. Assuming it does start, be sure to drive it long and far enough to get the batt topped off, gas thru the lines, & engine warm.
Oh, just a Monday. Better than the afternoon I put my quad bike through the ice plowing out a constituent's driveway.
A Lone Tree hydrant flushing through a trumpet valve in the dark. Backlit by Helga, my Serious Truck. Photo 2019, but I still need to replace the burnt out middle clearance light on Helga's cab.
Had almost forgotten about that one time the water plant got smoked by lightening and I had to flush hydrants.
Almost.

Having been eavesdropping on @faineg.bsky.social, I think the precarity of now has been destabilizing for all of us who live it. For some folks it's the vibecession. For others, it's murderous tyranny.

Military grade venting is doing some heavy lifting here.

You're using those subscription dollars to buy life insurance on your marks, yes?
God this is such an electrocuted fish in a barrel scenario. The Gospel calls for a 7 year debt jubilee. These freaks want 7 minute fraud.
Don't forget the drug cocktail that will either kill a blue whale or resuscitate a hyena.
The rot is deep, and widespread. Lordy.

Oh? Oh, yes.
My error was in attributing logic to JD.
By that logic he would already be the Pope.
Dave talking to Mother Nature like JD Vance to the Pope.

Got yelled at on Facebook the other day for having my cancer sticks showing in a proclamation photo (it was an awkward attempt to smuggle anti-Arab sentiment under the tent).
The Maverik (neΓ© Kum & Go) folks know I'm getting one coffee (black), a pint of whole milk and two packs of Marlboro when they see me coming.
Beware of windows, &c.
