I drink about 8-12 cups of #water a day (maybe 15 on rare occasion). Here is what I found:
Pros:
- hydrated.
- skin looks better.
- my body inside and out feels better.
- I look less tired.
Cons:
- WHERE IS THE BATHROOM?!?! I need to GO!!!!
