in the future you can install geode (geode-sdk.org) and download the "Backups" mod by Hjfod for a daily local backup whenever you open the game.

(you should make backups of these before you try this) but you just remove the 2 for the game to load them

"user\AppData\Local\GeometryDash" should be the directory and the file is CCgamemanager2.dat/CClocallevels2.dat
