Being far less attached to social media than I was a year or two ago means that now I sit around thinking things like “god I love jjajangmyeon” and that thought just stays inside of my head instead of going anywhere (except for right now I guess)

Lol was talking about Bsky with friends last night so I opened it, but that was a mistake because then I didn’t get to sleep until like 3:30 😪

Talking to my therapist this morning and not really wanting to get into [politics, society, the world feeling like garbo, etc etc], so now I’m just calling it “*gestures into the air* the Miasma”

I can’t stop panicking because every second I spent drawing is time I should be spending with loved ones while I still can. Not drawing makes shit pile up in my head until alarms start going off. And now drawing feels even worse and worse and WORSE AND WORSE
