What started as casual tinkering turned into this ribbon-like chaos of color and translucency.
Love how even tiny sim artifacts become creative highlights—and how attributes feed into shaders for wild colors, ramps, and that subsurface glow.
So excited that you will finally get to see this glorious film by some jerk named @sethworley.bsky.social.
I've been exploring the intersection of structure and chaos in Houdini, and this latest piece, "Space Yarn," emerged from that. It reminds me of neural networks, cosmic filaments, or maybe just the tangled state of my thoughts after long Houdini sessions.
