Greek Yogurt Pancakes (Makes 4-5 depending on the size). 130g of All Purpose Flour 5g Baking Powder 2 Large Eggs 60ml Milk 245g of Greek Yogurt 5ml Vanilla Extract (I just use a few drops) Crack eggs, whisk. Add milk, add yogurt, add vanilla. Mix. Add flour, baking powder. Mix until only a few small lumps remain, thick paste that lightly falls off whisk. Level 6 (medium heat), place mix into pan. Wait 3 minutes, or until there are small bubbles, flip. Wait an additional 2. Done. I like adding lemon zest into mine, I add this after I put the mix in the pan and a little lemon juice. Bones likes me to add chocolate powder instead of lemon zest. Same process.
Boyfriends pancake: with chocolate powder mixed into to mix, with caramel sauce and ice cream on top.
Superior pancake: has a bit of lemon juice and zest mixed into it.
I started making fresh pancakes recently with greek yogurt and no sugar!! They taste soo good 🥹🫶
