I should state that I grew up during the “Satanic Panic,” so part of embracing Satanism is a way for me to not judge based on the ignorant and wild claims of others and instead look for myself and make my own judgment.

A question on Satanism.
To emphasize: I’m not against people who have religious beliefs. I’m against some of those beliefs but not the person. I don’t mind personal beliefs; it’s when they’re pushed onto others or even legislated that I have a problem.

Thankfully not hormonal meds! I got my period and also am on prescription NSAIDs ((cause water retention)) & diff painkiller ((constipation)). This is bullshit! I had juuuust broken through my plateau!!!!

Basically!! It’s my alternative to sports drinks. You don’t add so much that you taste it. Rather, enough to elevate the flavor.

Especially after a purge, I love salted hot cocoa:

- hot water

New meds + period hormones = I jumped up 4lbs in 2 days.

Just liquids for me today, then. Liquids include:
- low sodium broth
- salted coffee
- diet drinks
- water
- tea

Coffee & tea include almond milk & Splenda

We’ll get there. New meds and hormones meant I jumped up 4lbs in 2 days so it’s liquids for me today.

Too much of how I define myself is wrapped up into what I can do for others.
