I've seen different screen time apps handle it in different ways, and it really is the make-or-break for me... One method that I am a fan of is a 60 second lock opening time -- usually the short wait is enough to stop the urge to disable it for me

Awesome idea!!! My question is how easy is it to defeat... If I wanted to disable it, is there anything to prevent me from removing it?
