College students caught between professors' AI bans and employers' growing demand for AI skills Research shows 75% of workers now use artificial intelligence on the job, yet many universities still classify its use as cheating.

Two things can be true:
1. AI is going to be an increasingly important part of work
2. Saying people need to be able to use AI well in its current form is like the silly obsession with making sure people had Windows PC skills when I was in college
