I'm not 100% sure how this works, but i believe a psychologist is able to diagnose gender dysphoria to a patient which could help strengthen your certainty of your identity, if that is something you need. And it may help with obtaining possible future surgeries if that is what you're looking for
So sorry to hear that they aren't supportive queen. Have you spoken to any therapists to see what resources they have to offer? Or do you have any support groups that could help you out? Building a community is one of the most important things you can have during your journey of finding yourself!
