It is suggested this is due to his drinking, as his security detail has been unable to wake him on multiple occasions.

The black plastic pieces are cheap "arrow rests" and the white pads are double sideded sticky to mount the rests on the bow.
I personally didn't use the rests, I just cant the bow slightly.
