We also welcome shorter replies to previously published SPT articles. The maximum length is 4,000 words, including notes and references.

We welcome article-length submissions in any area of social and political philosophy. The maximum length is 8,000 words, including notes and references, but 5,000-6,000 words is preferred. Articles must include an abstract at the beginning of no more than 200 words.

SPT welcomes submissions at any time, but if you wish to be considered for publication in the next annual volume (Volume 41), your submission should be sent to SPTeditor@northamericansocietyforsocialphilosophy.org by December 31, 2024. Your submission should be prepared for anonymous review.
