The magic is happening on the new plot. I always get ridiculously excited when the first seeds germinate, even though it is no different to last year and the year before and the 4 or 5 decades before that . Always somehow magical

I have 3 Hugel beds at my job in Brent Knoll, built 3 years ago and utilised a rotting log pile, still going strong

Just clearing the shed on th (2nd) new allotment so that I can get completely moved this week. Amazing what people leave behind. A 2nd World War RAF axe, most aircraft had one of these to aid the pilot's escape if the plane crashed and they were trapped

Who has noticed that diesel is now around 30p per ltr more expensive than petrol? Bear in mind that the difference used to be 5p and production costs are identical, I have to conclude that petrol users are being subsidised by diesel users.

Europe shouldn't be involved at all. Britain should deny USA the use of it's bases in the UK. Israel is the aggressor here, Trump is a madman who will create WW3 to deflect attention from the Epstein Files

Israel is the aggressor NOT the victim. Expect retaliation

It's not "theft" if it's legal. Only British and certain commonwealth citizens are allowed to vote in UK Parliamentary elections. Their democratic right to take part in their own country's elections
