House passed a bill to add more federal judgeships to alleviate overburdened district court judges, but Wh said Biden will veto it.

The Sen. passed the JUDGES Act, Aug, to create 63 new permanent and 3 new temporary district court judgeships. 10 judges added every two years.

The bipartisan deal Trump and Musk torpedoed would have provided nearly $100 billion to help Americans trying to recover from multiple natural disasters. While every state was set to get funds, North Carolina and Florida—hit hard by hurricanes this year—would have gotten some of the largest amounts.

Republicans would rather cut taxes for billionaire donors than fund research for children with cancer.

That is why our country is on the brink of a government shutdown that will crash the economy, hurt working class Americans and likely be the longest in history.
