doesnt really matter what you draw just get your silly ideas out
its a matter of accepting the ones you dont like which is a hard hurdle
but it makes it less stressful an more fun once ya get there

i highly recommend

i have a canvas on my tablet that is big and i use for scribbling
i use each layer as a page
i cluster as much as i can on each page
and just doodle whatever i like
it can be characters, comic strips, concepts, how im feeling
but its all quick sketches
even if its not good it stays
