These numbers are worth some side effects! A BMI 27-ish patient who is pretty active asked me about effect on lean muscle mass. I know the book reply: some though a fraction of total weight loss... are you hearing any reports of reduction in strength or endurance in active patients?

Years before I started pre med I worked construction in home remodeling in the Bay Area, and we would bemoan OSHA regs that slowed us down. We wanted to be done! Now that I see injured workers from the other side, it seems very obvious that there needs to be someone looking out for their safety.
