This week, the Sleep Action team joined our wider Capella & @teensplusscot.bsky.social colleagues for an inspiring away day. It was a brilliant day of collaboration, learning, and connection.
We heard from SAMH on mental health in the workplace, and heard from Changeworks on sustainability at home
It was a fantastic event, and it was great to meet so many MSPs and chat to our guests about the work we’re doing at Sleep Action.
