One more lunch break with my "anti-woke" coworkers and I'm going to go insane.

Worked on some music today, feels so good to be back to it. Especially since the piece turned out much better than I hoped.
Now here's to hope I won't not touch Cubase for 7 months again and keep this momentum going!

The one thing I'll set myself as a primary goal is to listen to my body more. I'm not getting healthier and I'm not changing my habits enough to become better.
So that's something. Everything else is just extra.
I thought this thread would be way more pessimistic but I guess hope never truly dies.

I'm tired of half-assing things. I'm tired of promising things I can't deliver.
And yet, it's so hard to plan my future when I don't even know what's going to happen tomorrow in this wartorn country.
It's been tough. I'm trying my best, but it's been so goddamn tough.

I'm done lying to myself with the "New year, new me" bs. I'll just do what I can and when I can.
Stress has swallowed me whole and self guilt would do me no favors.
I have goals. I have ambitions. I haven't been able to do anything artistic lately and I want to get back to it so bad.

I don't even know what to say about this year. Just that it hasn't been good.
It had good moments and the highs were high, but my current living situation, sleep issues and general health issues have really taken their toll on me.
I want 2025 to be better. I want it my whole heart. I'll do my best.
