Easiest thing to do is replace the commission fee with a minimum project fee. For some VAs that's $20, for others it's $75, in my experience at least.
Beyond that, maybe try a sale for stuff you can crank out, see if that fills your schedule. It's always something one can tinker with.
Ultimately pricing is up to you and there are VAs charging these rates, but there also VAs charging half that. One thing people tend to do is charge less for things they can crank out easily, and charge more for things they're less keen to take on (different for each VA).
These rates are certainly higher than most I've seen lately. I see fewer "hire fees" these days and more "minimum cost" amounts.
In the former you get money for just taking the project, while in the latter the client gets something for their money, but you filter out smaller/low pay projects.

Also though I am not using Blender, so I am not sure how Blender would handle something like this. I would assume the same way you just need to make sure it's not using a linear or step interpolation method.
The inertia effect is just spline interpolation doing it's thing. It takes 3 frames for it to snap shut (position A to B), then I copy pasted some keyframes from B to 6 frames later. So its:
A..B.....B
Changing when that second B position happens will determine how intense the inertia effect is.
