Trumps EO does not change anti discrimination law. If anything, the EO is unlawful.

Yeah, I think this. University of Wisconsin is now essentially a private Uni, as is Michigan and Oklahoma. All because states started cutting subsidies, which meant those places started raising money from corporate interests
