House Speaker Daz calmly explains that the politician is "playing victim, after being called out for trying to harm innocent people with new policy" and has thus, earned 30 extra minutes in the horse fly helmet. Panel 2 shows the helmet placed on the politician, as he screams in agony, thousands of hungry horseflies feasting on his face.
