I'm sharing this journey in great detail daily on @getfriendtech! For me, it is also a way of maintaining discipline during this period of adaptation, by reporting daily on achievements and difficulties.

Just 3 weeks of this new phase are already felt. I feel more energetic throughout the day, with stable energy levels and less sleep. And the mirror thanks me too :-)

In addition to not really prioritizing physical exercise, the importance of which goes far beyond aesthetics. My goal: to live as long as possible, and in real health, to see this crazy century unfold for a long time to come. Almost at 40, it hit me harder: life is too short.

I already had reasonably healthy habits, but some bad things that I allowed myself to eat, in addition to frequent relapses into bingeing on sweets, were preventing me from being healthy and, more profoundly, from living fully and happily.
