Here in AZ if the cat was an outdoor, the shelter directly tells you to NOT even try letting them back outside in any way before the whole 3 month rule. Coyotes are not to blame for ppl's lack of care imo. I also have seen a couple in person! Fairly smol, love them deeply for their adaptability.
