I’ve enjoyed Starbucks for 30 years. I appreciate the consistent coffee and service across the country. Since some workers have been striking, I am supporting them and haven’t stepped foot in one. They deserve better wages and working conditions. Also, stop with the black shirts. It’s depressing.

I’ve always questioned that myself. I guess talking back or lying about brushing your teeth is all kids that age could be doing. I guess they could “covet” a neighbor’s toys, but I didn’t know what covet meant when I was 6.
I was thinking that as well when I watched the replay. Have they ever considered cameras from the side to verify if a call is challenged? The ball on the pitch in question took a sharp drop. Side cameras could fix that issue.

Watching West Wing S5E2 about Social Security made me want to throw my shoes at the TV. In lieu of solving problems it shows the systemic problem with government, demonstrating there’s no bipartisanship. It’s winners and losers, beating the other side, getting reelected, our citizens be damned.
