We're trying to realistically make better days possible, so we can get back to sh*t that matters in our life.

You do not have to justify why you feel sad right now. You get to feel sad, even without a "good enough" reason.

Sustainable trauma recovery is rooted in meeting our feelings w/ respect & care-- without demands they explain themselves or have a point.

It was hard coming to terms of potentially never having experienced actually romantic love, but absolutely necessary.
