Two things need to happen. Progress tax rate based on income. Eliminate wasteful spending, but not spending that goes back to people in the form of aid.

While corn ethanol may seem like a good idea, we should consider that we are using food that could be used for feed or food for people. The energy companies buy it to save money, but it drives up the cost of normal food due to lower supply.

It is more natural though.
