Holy hell.

Yeah, I know it's hard. I look at calories and do as much protein as I can. But hell, I had pizza and a caeser salad for lunch not too long ago. Don't beat yourself up if you fall of the wagon once in a while.

However I know what works for me, may not be viable for someone else.

I get it. I try to have healthy alternatives (like protein bars and a Chomps beef stick) if meal prep is a pain. I do walnuts, fuji apples, and bananas as well for snacks during the day. I portion control by suggested serving size too with a food scale or count. I'm happy to offer any advice.

It's easier for me, as I am the only one in the household so I only buy for me. I also use Keep for my grocery list and do not deviate from the list when I shop.

If I don't have it, I don't heat it.

I give myself wiggle room on the weekend if I go off script. I just don't overdo it.
