Skyrim NPCS feel better to interact with than Fallout 4 NPCS. I'm not sure why; maybe it's the lack of hostility. Folks in Fallout's world are expecting to fight for their lives, whereas Skyrim's citizens live in a more peaceful setting. Makes it a little harder to craft a character in Fallout 4. 👀
