the video game industry is a mess

It's been just over a week since I made it to Kansas and now I'm finally processing everything.

The emotions are hitting hard, but I can't drown in them because I have to find a job asap, so I can get my own place. Until then, I'm stuck in guest mode while staying at my mom's. I feel so uprooted.

Made it across almost two full states today and am now vibing with the amazing @jediiwakura.bsky.social and am enjoying my adventure so far!!!

Starting my drive out to my new home halfway across the country tomorrow, this move has been an emotional rollercoaster so far. I wish I had more energy, I'm so tired.
