I went to so many Flyers games in 2022 and 2023. The team was soooo bad. I cannot describe how satisfying it is to see them win this game! WHY NOT US

The Flyers look like they belong — so impressed with the kids.
DES says a third of the closed SNAP cases involve the new expanded work requirements. The agency is also working to reduce Arizona's error rate, which includes both underpayments and overpayments, and is dealing with staff shortages.
Here's my story from today: youtu.be/uvpaBJWW2IY?...
How big is the drop in SNAP enrollment in Arizona? The number of people receiving benefits has been slashed almost in half. Before the Arizona Department of Economic Security started implementing the federal changes, enrollment was pretty steady. public.flourish.studio/visualisatio...
Arizona has seen the nation's biggest decline in SNAP enrollment in the nation since the Big Beautiful Bill Act became law. One mother told me she her benefits were canceled after losing all of her child support income when her ex-husband lost his job. www.abc15.com/news/local-n...
I’m a new fan — started cheering for the Flyers when I lived in Philly a few years ago — and everyone I met was like, “Out of all the Philly sports, why are you following this terrible team?” But I fell in love with them, and I’m thrilled for them and all the fans I met at the games I went to 🧡🖤
If you had told me in February that this would happen, I would not have believed you

NEW: Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs has announced a bill moratorium until Republicans publicly release their state budget proposal. Republicans say they are working daily on a budget plan, calling her moratorium "political theater." More: www.abc15.com/news/politic...
Flyers fans tonight
I covered a Sen. Mark Kelly @captmarkkelly.bsky.social round table on affordability yesterday. Afterwards, I also asked Kelly — a former astronaut— about Artemis II.
Yikes. This is ugly
Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly (@captmarkkelly.bsky.social) heard from small-business owners and other Arizonans today about how rising costs for food, fuel and other necessities are affecting their lives.
Porter Martone! What a first goal!
Hiring DeBoer with term is just absolute galaxy brain nonsense.
The D-Backs have so many! A.J. Puk. Ketel Marte. Geraldo Perdomo. Zac Gallen. Corbin Carroll. Corbin Burnes. Brandon Pfaadt.
I am overly invested in this team!
Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes on the lawsuit: “But the Constitution is absolutely clear: states run their elections. Not the President. And Arizona will not allow the federal government to seize control of our elections.”
NEW: Arizona has joined 23 other in suing President Donal Trump over his executive order on mail voting, which would create a national list of voters and to direct the U.S. Postal Service to only send mail ballots to people on the list.
I realize the wording in my first skeet is a little unclear. Hobbs today signed the bill. Cesar Chavez Day was previously observed on March 31.
“I remain committed to supporting them and ensuring their contributions are recognized with dignity and respect." (4/4 Hobbs statement)
I am incredibly grateful for our hardworking farmworkers. Their resilience is evident in the lettuce fields of Yuma and the orange-picking farms of Mesa. Arizona’s farmworkers are the backbone of our state’s economy.” (3/4 Hobbs statement)
“While I know signing this bill won’t erase the pain, my thoughts are with the victims and everyone affected. I’m working with community leaders to find meaningful ways to honor and celebrate our farmworker community and their continued contributions to the state of Arizona.” (2/4 Hobbs statement)
Hobbs’ full statement:
"Like so many others, I’m deeply troubled by the recent revelations about César Chávez. After learning the troubling news, I decided not to recognize César Chávez Day this year and have signed legislation to repeal the observance of March 31st as César Chávez Day.“ (1/4)
It’s official: Arizona no longer has Cesar Chavez Day. Gov. Katie Hobbs has signed HB 2072, which repeals the observance of Cesar Chavez Day on March 31.
As a Golden Knights fan who is also a Flyers fan, I can’t help but feel like this is a terrible, panic move. This roster isn’t any more suited to Torts’ style than Cassidy’s. The team is a mess, but the coaching wasn’t the problem. I’ll miss Cassidy so much.
It’s hard to believe the team from this weekend is the same team from January!
The Vegas Golden Knights’ front office has completely, utterly lost the plot
I have been joking about this possibility for like two months but to see it actually happen is completely bananas!
I hate when they do this. Yikes
