Watched Avatar TLA for the first time. Surpassed my expectations for sure. Was kinda awesome.

It’s pretty fucked up that the Nintendo Switch gave all the old games a rewind feature so people can just do that every time they mess up instead of doing what we did which is stop enjoying the game

AT LEAST FROM A SINGLEPLAYER PERSPECTIVE. As someone who's been on and off different forms of competitive since gen 5, that side keeps getting better.

But as a video game that I play by myself? Idk what's going on anymore 😭😭😭

I know it's a hot take, but Legends Arceus was everything I wanted out of a pokemon game game gameplay wise. I'd initially planned on giving up on the game series before it came out, but it singlehandedly renewed my faith in the developers.

Unfortunate that the sequel did not live up gameplay-wise.

The only thing now is whether I care enough to do all sidequests and get the last couple levels for shiny charm.

So far, of the 60ish quests I've done, they're really boring and noticeable less interesting than Arceus. That game may have been a fluke.

Dex completed in about 28 hours. Unfortunately, they made getting Eternal Floette a pain in the ass, and it's the thing I want to use this VGC regulation.

Game Freak must always make it harder than it needs to be.

There is a story here that is endearing, which in itself is a huge step up from X & Y, but there's so much about EVERYTHING in this game that rubs me the wrong way, including in that story. It's so tragic.

I beat Z-A. I think if I wasn't such a huge nostalgia baby for Pokemon, I would think it wasn't very good. BUT HERE I AM BABY.

Ginormous humungous massive step down from Arceus. In almost every single way. The only exception is that a few of the cast members are fun this time.
